That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the plinth supporting the wooden frame to the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing new extension to the dwellinghouse. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the Preston Crowmarsh Conservation Area and in accordance with Policies Con 6 and Con 10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the conservatory shall be so constructed as to scribe around the dripstone on the rear wall of the dwellinghouse in accordance with the details submitted with the letter received from the applicant on 18 August 2000. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the Preston Crowmarsh Conservation Area and in accordance with Policies Con 6 and Con 10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the proposed porch shall be so constructed to match the details of design and material finish as that constructed at No 51 Preston Crowmarsh. Reason: In order to maintain the symmetry of the building and in accordance with Policies Con 6 and Con 10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan
