That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the air-conditioning unit, hereby permitted, shall not be used at any times other than between 8am and 7pm on any day. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with policy G7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That this permission only applies to the 'Daikin' R7/F7V air conditioning unit illustrated on the photographs accompanying the application and does not apply to any other unit that may be installed on the building. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with policy G7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
