That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That the brickwork to be used in the extension shall be laid in a Flemish bond. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the building.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of all new external vents has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
