That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers A91900/921/997/2099 and 1900/921/997/2100 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 30 June 2005 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.
