That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That a sample of the bricks to be used to fill in the existing gateway and for building the piers shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.

That the new brickwork shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix and shall be laid in a bond to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.
