Decision
Planning Permission on 16th April 2002
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That within three months of the date of this permission details of a hedge to be planted around the edge of the garden (as shown on the amended plan accompanying the agent's letter dated 6/10/00) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved planting scheme shall be carried out in the first planting season following the date of this permission. Any plants which, within a three year period from planting, die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any deviation. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) none of the development described in Class E of Part 1, and Class A of Part 2 of that Order shall be carried out unless permission has first been obtained from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect local amenities.
