Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That works shall only commence on the construction of the extension, provided the construction is undertaken simultaneously with the implementation of the planning permission dated 8 May 2000 issued in respect of application P00/W0272 at 33 Freeman Road.
Reason: To ensure the development is not unneighbourly.
