Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing entitled 'indicative car park layout' all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority and the designated parking area shall be permanently available to those persons engaged in the activities for which planning permission is granted and no other part of the site shall be used for parking in accordance with these activities. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.

That no external lighting be installed on the buildings or land other than that indicated on the drawing accompanying the agent's letter dated 9 May 2000 unless details have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect local amenities.

That no horse riding lessons or tuition shall take place within 20 metres of the boundary of any residential property. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.

Static horse riding lessons shall take place on no more than two occasions per week day and no more than three occasions on Saturdays and Sundays; and hacking lessons shall take place on no more than one occasion per week day and no more than three occasions on Saturdays or Sundays. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to protect local amenities.

Horse riding or hacking lessons shall not take place in parties of more than 8 horses or at any times other than between 7am and 7pm on any day. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to protect local amenities.

That no static horse riding lessons or tuition shall take place on any part of the site other than in the hatched area on the plan accompanying the agent's letter dated 9 May 2000 unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
