is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning

colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.

development commences.

76 Wantage Road and it shall not be occupied until the scheme at
76 Wantage Road has been completed in accordance with the approved
plans.
