Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the garage doors shall be constructed with vertical dark stained timber boarding to match in colour, type and texture the existing garage door to Unit 3, Kidmore Game Farm. The door shall thereafter be retained as such unless otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
policy C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
