Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of any other development to which this permission relates, the means of accesses between the land and the highway shall be formed, laid out and constructed strictly in accordance with the specification of the means of access attached hereto, and all ancillary works therein specified shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the said specification.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and to accord with policy G10
of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the first use of the parking area the land shall be surfaced and timber bollards provided in accordance with drawing no. BPS 120059/B/01 accompanying the application. The landscaping shall be carried out during the first planting season following the surfacing of the parking area and in the event that any of the trees or shrubs should die or be seriously damaged or destroyed within 5 years of the completion of the development, replacement trees and shrubs of a species first approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority shall be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings and to accord with
policy G9 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
