Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 2nd May 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development would be contrary to the general, environmental/countryside policies of the approved structure plan for Oxfordshire, particularly policies G1, G5, EN1 and the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G5, C4, C5 and R9. The creation of this level of mooring capacity with associated finger jetties and mooring piles would result in an undesirable consolidation and/or intensification of development within the area and would be detrimental to the protection of the countryside. There is considered to be no justification for any departure from the planning policies of the Local Planning Authority.
