Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the external walls and roof of the dwelling as extended shall be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows or rooflights shall be constructed in the roof slopes of the dwelling as extended other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: In order to protect the privacy of neighbouring properties in accordance with
Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the rooflight in the western (side) elevation of the property shall be obscure glazed prior to the first occupation of the associated accommodation and shall thereafter be retained as such.
