Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the finish of the building hereby permitted shall match the finish of the existing building unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with 
             policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for purposes related to the use of the land by Rotherfield United Boys Football Club unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to accord with policies G8 and C2 of the 
             Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
