Planning Permission on 20th December 2000
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That notwithstanding any indication of materials that may have been given in the application, the plinth wall to the conservatory shall incorporate a rendered external finish to match in colour, type and texture the existing dwelling and the hardwood frame to the conservatory shall be painted white. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies H12 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies H12 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The development to which this permission relates shall not be exercised in addition to, or in combination with any part of the development permitted under reference P97/S0480. Accordingly, this permission shall be alternative to the previous permission so that either, but not both, may be implemented. Reason: To prevent an inappropriate development of the site by the implementation or partial implementation of both permissions in accordance with policies H12 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
