Planning Permission on 19th December 2000
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed at first floor level in the eastern (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted.
