Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of two years from the date of this permission the use hereby permitted shall be discontinued and the land restored to its former condition.
Reason: That in permitting these temporary buildings the Local Planning Authority has had
regard to the special circumstances advanced in the letter accompanying the
application for the need to accommodate the engineering team until the production
facility is ready. Buildings of this type would not normally be permitted in the
Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with policies G1 and C2 of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That at the expiration of two years from the date of this permission, the buildings hereby permitted shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition.
Reason: That in permitting these temporary buildings the Local Planning Authority has had
regard to the special circumstances advanced in the letter accompanying the
application for the need to accommodate the engineering team until the production
facility is ready. Buildings of this type would not normally be permitted in the
Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with policies G1 and C2 of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the existing trees on the land shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development.
Reason: To protect the trees on the site which are visually important in accordance with
policy C16 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
