Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description of the development, plans and specifications contained in the application, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policies C3, C4
and C5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no spoil or materials removed in association with the formation of the slipway, wet dock area and new retaining walls (apart from that to be utilised as backfill in forming the new retaining walls) shall be deposited or stored on that part of the site lying within the area of land liable to flood as shown on maps held by the Environment Agency.
Reason: To prevent the increased risk of flooding due to impedance of flood flows and
reduction of flood storage capacity in accordance with Policy G16 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That existing ground levels on the site shall not be raised other than in accordance with the plans hereby permitted.
