Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description, plans and specifications contained in the application, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with
policies CON3, CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, rooflights and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall thereafter only be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with
policies CON3, CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That a detailed schedule of the steps and works to be undertaken and carried out under this consent shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works begin. Thereafter, the works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved schedule.
