That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the pool building shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the bricks to be used for the plinth wall of the greenhouse shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
