Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building and to accord with policy CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may have been given in the application, no work shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials for the brackets, flagpoles and flags. Thereafter the brackets, flagpoles and flags shall be installed shall be as approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policy CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
