That the materials to be used for the plinth walls of the conservatory hereby permitted shall be the same colour, type and texture as those on the existing property. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy C3 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
