Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the plinth walls of the conservatory hereby permitted shall be the same colour, type and texture as those on the existing property.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
             Policy C3 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
