Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That, notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may have been given in the application, no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of material and finishes for all external works to the building. The development shall thereafter be carried out only in accordance with the approved schedule. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are acceptable, in accordance with policies G8 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the balcony shall not be constructed until the footpath below it has been widened in accordance with a scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
