Planning Permission on 4th October 2000
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with policy H12 of the Council's adopted Local Plan.

That the bathroom window in the western (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to accord with policy H12 of the Council's adopted Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the western (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to accord with policy H12 of the Council's adopted Local Plan.
