Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the window, sign and property display case shall be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works commence and thereafter the materials shall be as approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to accord with policies CON3 and CON12 of the Council's adopted Local Plan.
