Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description, plans and specifications contained in the application, subject to the amendments referred to above, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with
policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
