Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description, plans and specifications contained in the application, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to protect the character
of the building as a building of special architectural or historic interest in
accordance with policies CON5 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Prior to the commencement of development, a detailed specification of the new and replacement timber floor to the attic room shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the work shall only take place in accordance with the approved details.
