That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with
policies G8 and C2 of the Council's adopted Local Plan.
That notwithstanding any other details shown on the plans hereby approved the building shall be finished with dark stained timber cladding unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional openings or rooflights shall be constructed in the roof of the building.

policies G8 and C2 of the Council's adopted Local Plan.
