Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Prior to the commencement of any of the works hereby approved, a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the new window, and a sample of the vertical boarding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Prior to the commencement of any of the works hereby approved, details of the ventilation systems to the ensuite and bathroom shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
