Decision
Planning Permission on 30th August 2000
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no development shall commence until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a detailed schedule of works to be carried out to the building, including a schedule of materials and finishes to be used for the external alterations to the building. Thereafter the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to ensure compliance with policy C11 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the additional accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of Slaters Farm as a single dwellinghouse and shall not be occupied or used as separate residential accommodation. Reason: The use of the building as a separate dwelling would be contrary to policies H5 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a scheme for the disposal of foul sewage has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To accord with policy G6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows or rooflights shall be constructed in the north and west elevations of the building other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to accord with policy C11 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the windows in the west elevation of the building hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to accord with policy C11 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
