That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the dormer extension. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H12, CON8 and CON10.

That the dormer window hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12.
