Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That the bricks to be used for the plinth walls of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north east elevation of the two storey side extension hereby permitted other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.

That the bathroom window in the south east elevation of the side extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.

That the toilet window in the north east elevation of the side extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.

That prior to the first use of the extensions hereby permitted parking provision shall be laid out as shown on the site plan received on 5 May 2000 and thereafter retained. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
