That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials, brick bonding and finishes, with samples, for the external walls and roof of the extension and the garage. Thereafter the development shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of this listed building.
That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to, and approved in writing, by the Local Planning Authority a detailed specification of the type, design and finish of all windows (which shall be purpose made and single glazed), doors and rainwater goods. Thereafter the development shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of this listed building.
That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority details of the construction of the conservatory (including its external finish). Thereafter the conservatory shall be constructed in accordance with the approved specification.
