Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the existing (newly planted) hedge along the roadside (eastern) boundary of the land shall be allowed to grow to, and thereafter be retained and maintained at a minimum height of, 1 metre and that any plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed shall be replaced and the replacement shall be properly maintained. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.

That all fencing shall be retained stained black and shall not be stained any other colour. Reason: To help assimilate the development into its surroundings.

That the 5 bar gate at the entrance shall be retained and not altered in any way and this requirement shall enure notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 Schedule 2 Part 2 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
