That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That a sample panel of the brickwork shall be displayed on site and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing prior to the commencement of the development and thereafter the brickwork shall be constructed as approved. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area.

That the brickwork shall be pointed and the expansion joints backfilled using a lime based mortar unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area.
