That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the dormer window hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That the dormer window in the eastern roofslope shall be glazed in obscure glass and fixed shut prior to first occupation of the accommodation and shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
