Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That, prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, a scheme for the parking of no more than 6 cars shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the parking area shall not be laid out other than in accordance with the approved scheme. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.

That, notwithstanding the extent of the application site area, parking to serve the sculpture workshop shall only occur within the area approved pursuant to condition 2 above. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.

That no development shall take place until a schedule of materials for the surfacing of the parking area has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the material used for the surfacing shall be as approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
