Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, and the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting those orders with or without modification) the building shall be used only for office purposes within Use Class B1a and no other use whatsoever, without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: That any other use of the building would require further detailed consideration by the Local Planning Authority in accordance with Policy C11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the use hereby permitted shall be confined to the building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
