Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 90255/990/101 102, 90255/930/101 100E and 90255/930/100 104 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That the land be landscaped and planted with trees and shrubs in accordance with a comprehensive planting and landscaping scheme first approved by the Chief Planning Officer and that trees and shrubs so planted be properly maintained and that in the event of any of the trees or shrubs dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed within a period of five years from the completion of the development a new tree or shrub or equivalent number of trees or shrubs as the case may be, be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions as first approved by the Chief Planning Officer. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and to ensure the creation of a pleasant environment for the development.

The Music Block shall not be occupied until the contractor's access has been removed and the land and hedges reinstated. Reason: Because of the temporary nature of the development.

Contractor's access to be restricted to outside the Primary and Secondary Schools' pupil delivery and collection times. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and safety within the site.

Contractor's access not to be used until all fences and warning notices have been erected. Reason: In the interests of safety within the site.
