Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the greenhouse hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the applicant's letter dated 26 January 2000 and for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of Woodside and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever.

Reason: To protect the character and amenities of the area.
