Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the new dwarf wall shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the occupation of the office accommodation hereby approved, the granary building shall be dismantled and re-assembled on another part of the site to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority in accordance with a method statement to be submitted and agreed, prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
