That two parking spaces shall be retained in the yard area, as confirmed by applicant's letter dated 11 December 2000, and shall be kept permanently available for use of employees and visitors in connection with the office use hereby permitted. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G11 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
