That no mezzanine floors shall be inserted in the buildings unless planning permission has been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application. Reason: To ensure that sufficient car parking is available in the interests of highway safety and to prevent overintensification of the use of the site in accordance with Policy E6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no external lighting shall be provided as part of the development hereby permitted unless in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, such details to make provision for the level of intensity of illumination at which the lighting is to be provided and retained and only to employ flat cut off lights with no upward light spillage. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy E6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no goods, plant or machinery (including motor vehicles) shall be stored, repaired, operated or displayed in the open without the prior permission in writing of the Local Planning Authority.
