That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That a 'no dig' construction method shall be used in the construction of the gravel path details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
policies G1 and C16 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the existing trees and hedges on the land shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress in accordance with the report dated 18 October 2000 by Boward Tree Surgery Ltd.
Reason: To safeguard trees and hedges which are visually important in accordance with
policies G1 and C16 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
