Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON6, 7 and 8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON6, 7 and 8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON6, 7 and 8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until ventilation details have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON6, 7 and 8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That bonnet tiles shall be used for the roof hips. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the new external walls shall be constructed using a lime mortar mix to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
