That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the natural stone to be used for the new walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture and shall be laid and pointed in the same manner as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the existing walls. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the natural stone to be used in the construction shall be laid with a traditional lime mortar mix to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policies G1, H12 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a sample of the bricks to be used in the construction shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, H12 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
