Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with
policies G1 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north eastern or north western elevation of the extension.
