Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping which shall include indications of all existing trees and hedgerows on the land, and details of any to be retained, together with measures for their protection in the course of development. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building hereby approved shall be used only for the purposes stated in the application and accompanying letter from the agent dated 31 August 2000. Reason: Because no additional parking provision has been provided and this has been justified by the use of the building not generating any further demand for parking in accordance with Policy G10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the earth mounds shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
