Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the stables hereby permitted shall be used for the personal enjoyment of occupants of Upperton Farmhouse and shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and to comply with Policies G1 and
H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
On completion of the new driveway, the existing driveway shall be closed off and thereafter remain closed.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and to comply with Policies G1,
H12 and G10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
