Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H12 and CON 6 and 8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the natural stone to be used for the new walls shall be laid and pointed in the same manner as the natural stone used in the construction of the existing walls, using a traditional lime mortar mix. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H12 and CON 6 and 8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a sample window shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the replacement of the existing windows. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON 6 and 8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That ventilation details shall be agreed by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON 6 and 8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON 6 and 8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
